Registered as a solicitor in Scotland and England, Tricia specialises in contentious construction in both England and Scotland where her focus is on leading high-value adjudications for specialist contractors and subcontractors. Tricia’s conflict resolution services include adjudication, expert determination, mediation and court proceedings.
Tricia was educated in Scotland and has graduated the University of Aberdeen, the University of Glasgow and the University of Strathclyde. Tricia also attended the University of Palermo as part of the Erasmus scheme. She has an honours degree in law, diploma in legal practice, a masters in construction law and successful completion of the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test.
Tricia lives in both the UK and France where she enjoys her non-legal passions of sailing, skiing and walking in the mountains. Tricia is working on becoming fluent in the French language.
