Lorraine has extensive global commercial, operational, manufacturing and governance experience achieved within both executive and non-executive roles in the private and public sectors. She has a key personal interest in achieving balance in the workplace and as such is an ambassador of ‘Women on Boards’, and named in the 2017 ‘Northern Power Women list’ and the 2016 Cranfield ‘100 Women to Watch’ report.
Lorraine has a strong record of delivering strategic change, alongside commercial and operational accountability, governance and proportionate risk management, embedded through working alongside senior executive teams. She is enthusiastic and innovative with key skills in strategy definition, major change management, operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.
Lorraine graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Master of Arts degree in Maths ,French and Economics. Once working, she studied for and achieved a postgraduate diploma in Management Studies.
