Alex joined Hill Dickinson in October 2021. She undertook her Training Contract at Hempsons in Manchester and worked within the Real Estate Health Team at Browne Jacobson, prior to joining the firm.
Alex acts for a broad range of clients, primarily advising both Landlords and Tenants in relation to leases, licences and Agreements for lease. Alex also has experience undertaking due diligence as part of wider corporate transactions, acquisitions and disposals, MoTo’s, uLPA’s and advising clients in relation to a range of other matters, including green lease clauses.
Alex completed her law degree at the University of Sheffield.
