Alanna has extensive experience of working with healthcare, other public and private sector bodies and organisations on a wide range of property transactions. She has worked with a wide range of healthcare bodies and organisations regionally and nationally including Integrated Care Boards, NHS Trusts, NHS Foundation Trusts, Ambulance Services, Clinical Commissioning Groups, GPs, charities, wholly owned subsidiaries, Primary Care and Social Care clients and NHS England.
Alanna specialises in a broad scope of property issues ranging from leases, agreement for leases, disposals, acquisitions, disposals and acquisitions, complex site developments, estate management advice, supporting corporate transactions with regards to large scale financial acquisitions, the giving of strategic estates management advice and dealing with general landlord and tenant queries within the healthcare sector and other occupational documents (including MOTOs and Licences and ULPA’s for LIFT buildings).
Alanna completed her law degree and master’s degree at the University of Northumbria at Newcastle.

- Acting for healthcare clients in relation to both major strategic transactions and also more day-to-day transactions (such as the granting of leases to NHS bodies in relation to their community estate)
- Acting for an NHS Foundation Trust in relation to the purchase of a strategic large site which involved complex negotiations and issues surrounding rights of access and planning permission
- Acting for a private health provider in the acquisition of multiple residential properties which involved complex planning issues and tight deadlines
- Acting for private GP provider on the management of its estate and the completion of leases for its various surgery premises
- Working with a number of public health organisations in relation to the construction and adaption of carbon neutral buildings
