In this webinar on the Liberty Protection Safeguards (LPS), recorded in January 2022, barrister Peter Mant explores the recommendations of the Independent Human Rights Act review and the subsequent proposals for a ‘Bill of Rights’. Further, Peter explores the impact that these proposals may have upon the implementation of the LPS.
